What does Jewbow’s warranty cover?
Jewbow’s warranty covers the repair or replacement of your products (at our discretion) if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
Here is what isn't covered by JEWBOW’s warranty:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the product care.
• Repairs or alterations carried out by third parties.
• Unreasonable use of your products.
Warranty Terms
1. Warranty service is free of charge, but the customer is responsible for the shipping fee sending back the item to Jewbow.2. Customers should securely package the product before sending it back. Jewbow will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product.
3. Customers should contact us at jewbowofficial@outlook.com to apply for the free warranty and attach 2-3 pictures of the product and a description of the problem. We will get back to you within 5 business days and inform you of the next steps.
4. When sending back items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking. Packages that cannot be tracked will not be processed.
5. Jewbow reserves the right to void the warranty if the condition of the item is determined by our jewelry professionals to be outside of warranty coverage.
