How can I know my order is confirmed?

Can I track my orders?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking order.

Can I cancel or amend my orders?

Unfortunately, it is not allowed to cancel or amend orders once they have been confirmed. If you have any questions about your product, please contact us at <customercare@jewbow.com and we will do our best to solve your problems.

Is it safe to buy online?

At Jewbow, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers.

PayPal uses encryption technology to help protect your financial information, and it offers additional security features such as two-factor authentication. When you use PayPal, your financial details are not directly shared with us, which can add an extra layer of security. When you pay with PayPal, we do not receive sensitive details such as your credit card number or bank account number. You can make payments at Jewbow with confidence.

How can I pay?

At present, we only accept PayPal. We will gradually introduce other payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Shop Pay and so on. Please stay tuned for updates.

How can I pay by credit cards?

PayPal supports various payment methods, including credit cards. If you want to pay by your credit card, please follow the steps below:

Does the price include tax?

For all orders being shipped to the USA, tax is already included in the product prices.

How long does it take to ship?

Please be aware that delivery time is order processing time plus shipping time. We can usually confirm your order and dispatch it within 2 working days. The estimated arrival time for each product is marked in the product details.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the package. However, this time frame may be extended to 7 business days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

How to care for your jewellery?

Most of Jewbow's jewelry are made of sterling silver, Gold Plated Vermeil and Mix Metal. Although these jewelry are durable, they cannot do without your careful
handling and care. Good maintenance can greatly extend the life of the jewelry.

To stay away from chemicals - chemicals will erode jewelry, so try to avoid direct contact with chemicals (perfume, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, etc.).

To wipe it occasionally - you can use a soft brush to wipe it gently, then rinse it gently and dry it with a soft cloth to keep the jewelry bright.

To store it in the pouch when not wearing- Prolonged exposure will accelerate surface oxidation. For sterling silver jewelry, the best way to care for it is to wear it every day, as human body oils can produce a natural, warm luster.

To avoid scratching - avoid bumps and scratches, such as frequent friction back and forth with the desktop, which can easily cause
scratches on the coating. Chains should be closed and laid flat to avoid tangling. Also, try not to wear jewelry while sleeping or exercising.

To keep it dry - try to avoid wearing jewelry when bathing, swimming, or washing hands.

Does my jewellery come with a warranty?
