RETURN'S FAQs
Our return period is 30 days starting from the date you receive your items. To start a return, please contact us at customercare@jewbow.com.
Please know that we do not accept items returned without authorization and please do not send returns to the address on the package, which is not our return address.
If you have any questions about your product, please contact us at customercare@jewbow.com and we will do our best to handle the exchange for you.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products must not be scratched or worn or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Final Sale items and personalized items such as engravings, which are customized especially for you.
We offer a 30-day return policy. However, please note that shipping and gift wrapping costs will not be refunded for returns due to a change of heart. Although you may have enjoyed free shipping, we are still required to pay for shipping on each order. Therefore, we do not refund shipping costs.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customercare@jewbow.com with your order number, a description of the problem and 2-3 clear pictures of the product. Our customer service team will contact you within 1 business day and inform you of the next steps and the time frame for a refund or exchange.
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the package. However, this time frame may be extended to 7 business days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
